What's Needed to Register?

Determine the age-appropriate program for you or your child. See the "Programs" tab or below.  All players must have proof of medical insurance (card).  Student participants must also have proof of enrollment (school ID or VOE).  If you still have questions, contact us.

Step One: Panther City Rugby
When you are ready, complete the PCR on-line registration section (below), download & complete the entire PCR registration packet (hardcopy), and pay the appropriate fee online, by check or money-order.  All documents and payment must be completed before you will be allowed to participate in full contact practices and competitions.  Bring the completed registration packet and all supporting information with you to practice.

Step Two: USA Rugby
All athletes that intend to participate on a team that competes in USA Rugby sanctioned events (competitions, clinics or camps) must also register with USA Rugby at webpoint.usarugby.org.   For guidance on how to register ("CIPP") with USA Rugby click here. Be sure to select Panther City Rugby as the club and the corresponding team (i.e. Panther City Rugby - u19 Girls) to register with.

USA Rugby registration is valid September 1st to August 31st only.  Payment of annual fees after September 1st does not extend eligibility beyond August 31st.  Likewise, PCR participation fees are specific to the period paid for (i.e. Academic Year or a Fall, Spring, or Summer Season).

Summer Only (a reduced fee option w/ USA Rugby for May through August participation)
  • Junior-side participants, click here.  You will need to create an account.
  • Senior-side (adult) participants follow the regular steps, except select "At Large" as your club.

Please note that you must attend practices for two (2) weeks before you will be allowed to play in a contact competition, unless an exception is granted by the PCR Program Director.
