Sample budget submitted to FWISD in the summer of 2018 to assist in their financial analysis for the inclusion of rugby as a girls' varsity sport. The District later received estimates from the Lone Star Rugby Referee Association and a school sports vendor, along with other research to establish their own sample budget.
Proposal for a competitive season submitted to FWISD in the summer of 2018. While the schedule allows for flexibility and growth based on the number of teams. It will accommodate a short four school season which was is the minimum needed for the first year. However, based on informal surveys, interest meetings, and anedotal reports over the past few years, a conference of eight schools could be possible with rapid expansion to all 16 high schools offering varsity sports. Pre-, In-, and Post-season time frames were aligned with "Football Plan" established by the UIL which governs public interscholastic athletic competititions in Texas .
