Key Practice AttireDRESS FOR THE WEATHER
We practice in ALL conditions 1. T-shirt - Wear one that can get dirty and possibly torn 2. Athletic Shorts - Must have a draw-string - Should be mid-thigh or shorter 3. Socks 4. Cleats or Cross-Training Shoes - Soccer cleats work well and are cost-effective 5. Mouthguard - No contact will be allowed without one 6. Under-Garments - Compression shorts preferred - Females must wear a sports bra Game Day / Travel AttireAs directed by the coach, players are expected to wear the following:
1. Club polo-shirt, tan or black khakis-style pants with belt, business-causal or dress shoes. Girls may wear same coloerd skirt (knee length). 2. Club t-shirt, club warm-ups, & clean athletic shoes. |
Required Competition Attire1. Team Jersey (provided at field)
2. Rugby Shorts (black, unless otherwise approved) 3. Knee-High Socks (black, unless otherwise approved) 4. Cleats (soccer cleats work fine) - Metal cleats are prohibited - Tip cleat on FB shoes must be removed 5. Mouth-Guard 6. Under Garments - Compression Shorts or Spandex preferred - Sports Bra (females) 7. Leggings and long-sleeve shirts are permitted for cold weather and artificial turf fields. Items must be black or white Optional Rugby Attire1. Rugby Head Cap
